Daley Blind's agent has admitted that today's rumours could be the realities of tomorrow, as his client is continually linked with a move away from Ajax.

The Netherlands international is thought to be on the wanted lists at both Barcelona and Manchester United, and yesterday sought to play down renewed speculation due to a trip to Barcelona, insisting he is in the city on holiday.

While the 24-year-old's agent has nothing concrete to report at present, he does believe that the situation could quickly change when the summer transfer window starts to take off.

"Right now there is nothing concrete, but the rumours of today could very well be the realities of tomorrow", Rob Jansen told Voetbal International.

"There are many clubs that are interested in Daley.

"We have to wait and see what happens when the transfer market really opens up."

Blind has been mooted as Barcelona's back-up option in case the Blaugrana cannot do a deal for Valencia's Jeremy Mathieu.

Meanwhile, Manchester United are set to lose experienced left-back Patrice Evra to Juventus and have been linked with Blind as his replacement.
