Juventus have a agreed a deal to sign Argentine midfielder Roberto Pereyra from Udinese.

The 23-year-old joins the Old Lady on a season-long loan deal for a fee of €1.5m with a purchase option for next summer.




Juventus will have to pay a transfer fee of €14m next season to make the deal permanent and the fee will be paid in three installments.

The Italian champions will also have to pay €1.5m as bonus payment to Udinese by the summer of 2020 if the Argentine achieves specific targets.
 


Pereyra joined Udinese in the summer of 2011 from Argentine outfit River Plate on a five-year contract.

He clocked up 104 appearances for the southern Italian side, scoring eight goals and providing nine assists.

The 23-year-old made four appearances for Argentina’s Under-20 side, but has so far failed to make the cut for the senior team.
