Miralem Pjanic shocked Manchester United this evening by scoring a goal from well within his own half.

The Bosnian midfielder collected the ball and, with a brief glance up, unleashed a perfectly measured long, long range strike which sailed over the Manchester United goalkeeper.

The entire stadium was in shock, while on the Manchester United bench there were looks of disbelief.

The Red Devils did have the last laugh though, winning the pre-season International Champions Cup encounter 3-2 to continue their successful run.

In their first game in the United States, Louis van Gaal's men thrashed LA Galaxy 7-0.
