Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has added fuel to the fire of talk of a move for Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini.

Last season's Coppa Italia winners have been strongly linked with moving to sign Fellaini, with the Serie A club eyeing a season-long loan with a purchase option for the Belgium international.

Manchester United are thought to want €25m for the man they bought from Everton less than a year ago, something which would put him beyond Napoli's reach.

Even so, there is interest, with De Laurentiis taking the time to joke about the player.

Asked about speculation of a move for Fellaini, De Laurentiis was quoted as saying by El Mundo Deportivo: "Fellaini? Maybe."

The president added: "I like his hair."

Fellaini turned out for Belgium at this summer's World Cup, but is still unsure of his future at Old Trafford under new manager Louis van Gaal.
