Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has distanced himself from speculation that FC Porto attacking midfielder Juan Quintero is close to joining the club.

It had been claimed that the Colombian is on his way to the Emirates Stadium for a fee of around €20m after being identified as a target by Wenger.

But the Frenchman has been quick to stamp on such a suggestion and, when asked about Quintero at a press conference, replied: "That is wrong."

However, Arsenal do still have transfer business to do this summer, Wenger has conceded.

"I am very happy [with my business] and I am still open to do more", he explained.
