Wilfried Zaha is on the verge of joining his former club Crystal Palace on a season-long loan deal from Manchester United.

Sir Alex Ferguson signed the winger from Palace in January last year and he was immediately sent back on loan to the Eagles for the rest of the season.

He joined his new team-mates last summer, but made only two league appearances last season under David Moyes before he was against sent on loan to Cardiff City in January this year.

New Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal took Zaha to their pre-season tour of the United States, but the winger failed to make any impression on the Dutchman.

Crystal Palace are ready to take Zaha back on a season-long loan deal to help him to get his career back on track, according to the BBC.
