Russian Premier League side FC Ufa have snapped up former Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong.
The 22-year-old was released by Barnsley at the end of last season, upon the club's relegation from the Championship.
Now he has bounced back in Russia, penning a three-year contract with FC Ufa.
The Russian side have handed Frimpong the number 5 shirt.
Frimpong is a product of Arsenal's youth system and had loan spells at Wolverhampton Wanderers, Charlton and Fulham.

Frimpong will now look forward to a new adventure in Russia.
