Leeds United have confirmed that they have sold strikers Matt Smith and Dominic Poleon.

The Whites have sold Smith to Championship rivals Fulham and are thought to have banked £500,000 for the former Oldham Athletic man.

Meanwhile, Leeds have offloaded Poleon to Smith's former club Oldham.

The Whites have not disclosed the fee received for Poleon, but he has penned a two-year deal with Oldham.

Leeds have been active in the summer transfer window, bringing in a number of players from the Italian market.
