Leeds United interim boss Neil Redfearn is determined to take no notice of how Birmingham City set up shop tomorrow, feeling the important factor is how the Whites go about their own business.

Redfearn led Leeds to victory in his first game in charge before the international break and is bidding to make it two wins from two when he takes his side to face Birmingham.

And the academy boss is more concerned about how his side put their plans into action on the pitch than worrying about what approach Birmingham might take.

"We’ve looked at Birmingham and what they do but we are more interested in us and what we do and how we perform on the day", Redfearn said via his club's site.

"We want the lads to play again and we want them to get it down and pass it.

"We want to be in control of the ball and if we can we want to dictate the game and the tempo.

"Hopefully we’ll go into the game with the same attitude we had at the Bolton game and go on a put in a performance", Redfearn added.

Leeds defeated Bolton last time out, running out 1-0 winners at Elland Road courtesy of a goal from Stephen Warnock.

The Whites beat Birmingham 3-1 in the same fixture last term.
