Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti insists that striker Karim Benzema is under no pressure to score goals and will continue to contribute towards improving the team.

The striker has managed to score only two goals in eight matches for Los Blancos this season, as compared to star forward Cristiano Ronaldo's 12 in the same number of matches.

Ronaldo in fact managed to contribute with four as his team beat Elche 5-1 in La Liga on Tuesday.

However the 55-year-old manager believes that Benzema's lack of goalscoring form as compared to Ronaldo is no reason to be worried and the team should instead be ecstatic about the fact that they have such "goalscoring quality."

"That's something to celebrate, because it means we have great goalscoring quality.

"Karim isn't under pressure to score goals, his job is to work to help the team play better and give us solutions in attack."
