Arsenal, Chelsea and Juventus are bracing themselves for a transfer scrap over PSV Eindhoven wonderkid Zakaria Bakkali.

The young winger has refused to pen a new contract at the Philips Stadion, something which led to PSV accepting two offers for his services over the summer, one from Atletico Madrid and the other from Eintracht Frankfurt.

But Bakkali stayed put, choosing to remain in the Netherlands, though continuing to refuse an extension to his present deal which expires next summer, much to PSV's annoyance.

He was even banished to train with the club's youngsters before a brief reconciliation when a new deal appeared possible.

PSV now though have all but given up on keeping Bakkali and the sharks are circling.

According to Italian daily Tuttosport, Arsenal, Chelsea and Juventus all want to scoop up the Belgium international.

What remains unclear is whether Bakkali will look to sign a pre-contractual agreement with another club in the new year, or consent to a January transfer, which would at least earn PSV a nominal fee for his services.
