AC Milan CEO Adriano Galliani is scouting across Europe for young talents who can improve the Rossoneri squad.

Milan are not in a financial position to challenge the top clubs for the best players in the market therefore the club are keen to hedge their bets on young talents.

First on the list of youngsters they want to secure are the Dutch duo of Jetro Willems and Adam Maher.

Willems is a 20-year-old full-back who has already played for the Dutch national team and is a regular in the PSV Eindhoven side with 110 appearances for the club.

Maher joined PSV from AZ Alkmaar last summer and has made 52 appearances for the club. He also has five international caps for the Netherlands to his name.

Milan are also eyeing a move for 17-year-old midfielder Ruben Neves from FC Porto, but will face stiff competition from Italian champions Juventus for his signature.

The trio will cost Milan money, but the club believe that they can improve the current squad and also have resale value which will provide the Rossoneri a hefty profit on their investment.
