QPR boss Harry Redknapp has joked his side will look to turn around their disciplinary record against Liverpool on Sunday.

Redknapp's side, who sit rock bottom of the Premier League with just four points from seven games, have committed the fewest amount of fouls and picked up the least number of yellow cards in the entire division.

Redknapp was asked at a press conference today whether anything can be read into those statistics and whether they suggest QPR must become more aggressive when they lock horns with Brendan Rodgers' Liverpool on Sunday.

The R's boss joked: "We're going to kick hell of out them on Sunday!

"We'll steam right into this Liverpool and give them what for!"

Redknapp also heaped praise on QPR's Sunday opponents Liverpool, who he feels should have won the Premier League title last season, and are in the current campaign still wrestling with having lost their best player over the summer.

"I felt they deserved to win it last year.

"They've lost the fourth best player in the world in [Luis] Suarez and it's difficult to replace him.

"But they've got lots of good players and it takes time to bed them in.

"They'll be pushing for a Champions League place", Redknapp added.
