Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp has expressed his dismay at his side's poor form after they suffered their third consecutive Bundesliga defeat, going down 2-1 at 1.FC Koln.

Dortmund now sit fifth bottom, having collected only seven points from their first eight Bundesliga games, losing five times.




Klopp is unhappy with his side's performance and believes they have been guilty of schoolboy errors.

"We played a kind of football which is absolutely pointless. We've got to face the music again", Klopp was quoted as saying by the BBC.

 


"We misplaced many passes in the first half and made simple mistakes.

"They can be explained in a host of ways, but still should not be happening.

"We just made it too easy for our opponents. We've got to eradicate these mistakes. We've got to resolve this and nobody's going to help us."

While Klopp's men lost, rivals Bayern Munich demolished Werder Bremen 6-0 and sit top of the Bundesliga with 20 points from eight games.
