Leeds United defender Sam Byram believes he needs to be handed a run of games in the team in order to rediscover his best form.

The Leeds youth product has been in and out of the side this term, but turned out against Norwich City in a 1-1 draw at Carrow Road last night in the Championship.

He is hoping Whites boss Darko Milanic now keeps faith with him and allows him the run of games in the first team he feels he needs to get back to his best.

"I want to play as much as I can but I just keep my head down and try to do as best as I can, try to let my performances do the talking really", the right-back told LUTV.

"I think when you look at all the top players their best form comes when they have a run of six or seven games and then you get a real feel for your positioning and the games.

"I think you've got to have a good run in the team to get form under your belt. So I'm just pushing to play as much as I can to get back to how I know I can play", Byram added.

Leeds are next in action this coming Saturday when they welcome Wolves to Elland Road.
