Daley Blind is expecting a tough tactical tussle between Manchester United and Chelsea on Sunday.

Jose Mourinho’s league leaders will travel to Old Trafford to take on a Louis van Gaal side that are still trying to find their feet in the new season.

Both Mourinho and Van Gaal are known for their tactical acumen and the know-how of winning big games and Blind is expecting a tough tussle on the pitch between the two sides.

The Dutchman claimed that Manchester United will be playing to win, but also warned that it will be a tactically tight game at Old Trafford on Sunday.

"We have to play our own tactical game”, Blind told United Review.

“And then we have to play as a team to win.

“Maybe it will be a tactical affair. I think both coaches are very strong at that point, so maybe it will be a tight game."

Despite their long coaching careers, Mourinho and Van Gaal have come face-to-face only once in a competitive fixture and the Portuguese came out on top when his Inter side defeated the Dutchman’s Bayern Munich side 2-0 in the 2010 Champions League final.
