Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has yet again affirmed his team's interest in Borussia Dortmund midfielder Marco Reus.

The highly-rated Germany international has drawn interest from a number of big clubs, including Premier League sides Manchester United and Liverpool.

The German domestic champions are no different and have persistently talked about their interest in the 25-year-old.

However, with the relationship between the two sides having deteriorated recently and Borussia Dortmund informing Bayern Munich about their decision not to sit around a table with the Bavarians for dinner this weekend, Rummenigge has admitted that he doesn't want to further increase the ill-feeling between the two clubs by talking about a possible transfer.

"We know what quality he has and we also know what clause he has", the Bayern Munich CEO was quoted as saying by ITV.

"A young, Germany international with such quality is probably interesting for us, but I don't want to cause any ill-feeling with Dortmund.

"Borussia Dortmund have informed us that they don't see any point in eating together with Bayern Munich.

"Of course our relationship with Dortmund is not good."

The Bavarian outfit are scheduled to take on their rivals at the Allianz Arena on Saturday in Bundesliga action.
