Inter coach Roberto Mancini wants his new club to see off competition from Arsenal to snap up Grzegorz Krychowiak.

The Poland international midfielder currently turns out for Sevilla in La Liga, having joined Los Rojiblancos earlier this year from Reims for a fee of just €4.5m.

The 24-year-old has wasted little time in impressing in Spain and is already being linked with a move to Arsene Wenger's Arsenal as a result.

Now, according to Seville-based daily Estadio Deportivo, Inter are arriving on the scene for the Bordeaux youth product.

New Nerazzurri coach Mancini is a big fan of the Poland star and is keen to have him at his disposal as he looks to plot Inter's return to the summit of Serie A.

Sevilla however are likely to fight hard to keep hold of Krychowiak, with the midfielder already a key man at the club.
