Leeds United manager Neil Redfearn insists he is trying to build a team at Elland Road that are capable of winning week in, week out.

The Whites' win over Blackpool before the international break ended a run of eight matches without a victory and left Redfearn buzzing heading into a period where he could work with his players on a daily basis.

Leeds are back in action at the weekend against Blackburn and the former midfielder is determined to build a consistent side.

He told a press conference today: "I want to try and build something where it is sustainable.

"I want to win every week."

He also insists he has little option but to play positive, attacking football, due to the players in his squad.

"The players we have dictates how we play.

"We pass the ball well and we look good going forward."
