Real Madrid have completed the signing of Real Mallorca starlet Marco Asensio, according to Spanish daily AS.
Although neither of the clubs are yet to make an official announcement, it is believed that Los Blancos will pay €3.5m for the highly-rated winger.
Fellow La Liga giants Barcelona were also interested in signing Asensio, who will return to Real Mallorca on a loan deal until the end of the season.
The youngster’s loan deal with Los Bermellones will be extended if they manage to gain promotion back to La Liga next season.
However, if Real Mallorca fail to return to Spanish top flight next term, Real Madrid will look to loan Asensio out to another club.
