Bayern Munich academy chief Michael Tarnat admits that all eyes are on Martin Odegaard to see exactly which club he chooses to join.

The 15-year-old midfielder is wanted by Europe's elite, with Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Ajax, Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Barcelona, Liverpool, Manchester United and Juventus all keen.

The Bavarians have been alive to Odegaard's talents for some time and Tarnat admits that he trained with the club a year ago, at the age of 14.

However, at the time Bayern Munich opted to allow him to continue developing in Norway, believing he would need several more years at Stromsgodset.

And Tarnat admits the German champions have been shocked by his rapid development in the space of a year.

"Martin was here for a week last year as a guest of Bayern", Tarnat explained to TZ.

"We were introduced to him and gave him a tour. These were the first steps to a youth contract.

"But in the last year Martin has developed at an incredible rate and no one had reckoned with that happening."

Tarnat admits all eyes are now on Odegaard while he decides his future.

"As a 15-year-old, and that good, it's really the case that every interested club is waiting to see what Martin is going to do."
