Manchester United have joined the Italian trio of Inter Milan, Juventus and Roma in the race to secure the signature of Metz striker Belmin Muratovic.

Still to make his first team debut for the Ligue 1 outfit, the 16-year-old forward is already causing ripples in youth football.




A Luxembourg Under-17 international, Muratovic’s performances in France’s youth leagues have attracted interest from some of the top European clubs.

 


Scouts from all over Europe have been in France to see the striker in action, who Metz have had on their books since he was only nine.

According to Italian outlet Tutto Mercato, Inter, Juventus, Roma and Manchester United are some of the top clubs who are trying get hold of the teenage prodigy.

Considered one of the future stars of European football, Muratovic is being courted by a who’s who of world football, but it remains to be seen whether he decides to make a move at such a tender age.
