Besiktas president Fikret Orman admits he has been at Chelsea for talks over a potential signing, but is keeping mum over who was the subject of his discussions.

Orman has already done business with Chelsea this term, scooping up Demba Ba from the Blues in the summer.

Now he wants to raid Chelsea again, with speculation that Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah is the man in Orman's sights.

The Black Eagles president was quoted as saying by Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset: "I have been in England to talk with Chelsea, but it would be wrong to explain who was the subject of the negotiations.

"The talks are ongoing. But if I told you who [they are for] then it could only complicate the transfer."

Salah has struggled for playing time at Chelsea since joining the club from FC Basel in the January 2014 transfer window, but it remains to be seen if he is Besiktas' target.

The winger has also recently been strongly linked with Serie A giants Roma.
