Struggling Serie A side Parma have made an offer to take Fabio Borini on loan from Liverpool.

Parma are battling to survive in the Italian top flight and view Borini as a potential aid to solving their problems.




The forward saw Liverpool accept two bids for him last summer, from QPR and Sunderland, but chose to stay put at Anfield.

 


He has recently forced his way back into manager Brendan Rodgers' plans. However, according to Italian outlet Tutto Mercato, Parma are have lodged a loan offer for Borini.

It remains to be seen whether Liverpool will be willing to offload the former Roma man this month or whether Borini is prepared to quit Anfield.

Parma are currently bottom of Serie A with just nine points from 19 games.
