Leeds United skipper Liam Cooper insists that he has a lot of respect for manager Neil Redfearn, who he believes is the most honest man to speak to whenever anyone has a problem.

The 23-year-old, who was handed the captain's armband by the manager after the departure of Stephen Warnock in January, insists that Redfearn is the backbone of the team, getting the players up for all their games.

The fans, screaming their hearts out for the team every time they take to the field at Elland Road, also show of respect for the man who has been at the heart of it all this year, according to the former Hull City player.

Cooper went on to reveal Redfearn's predictions about him having a long future at the club and insists that he would love to have that vision of the manager come true in the future.

"I’ve got a lot of respect for the manager", Cooper told his club's official website.
