Bolton Wanderers and Stoke City are both to put contract offers to Celtic striker John Guidetti, according to Dutch daily De Telegraaf.

Dutch Eredivisie outfit Feyenoord have been eyeing signing Guidetti, who was on loan at the club for the 2011/12 season, but their contract offer has not met with success.

Guidetti is on a season-long loan at Celtic from Manchester City, but his contract with the Citizens expires in the summer, something which makes him an attractive free transfer signing.

Sporting Lisbon are another club keen on Guidetti and it had been claimed the Portuguese giants had put a lucrative contract proposal in front of the striker. However, it has since been suggested in Portugal that the Swede's demands have scared them off.

Now two English clubs, Bolton and Stoke, are keen to snap up Guidetti and have already drawn up their proposals for the Celtic man.

Each are said to be offering Guidetti a yearly salary of €1.4m (£1m), while he would also pocket a signing-on fee of €3m (£2.1m) for putting pen to paper.

Guidetti has spent time with Stoke before, having been on loan with the Potters last year.

Bolton meanwhile are managed by former Celtic boss Neil Lennon.
