Brondby coach Thomas Frank has urged his side to do all they can to keep hold of striker Teemu Pukki, on loan from Celtic, dubbing him "international class".

Pukki ended a seven-match goalscoring drought yesterday when he bagged Brondby's first in a 2-0 win away at Silkeborg in the Danish Superliga.

Frank feels that Pukki himself knows he has not scored enough goals over the course of his loan spell, but the coach is confident in the Finland international's ability and feels the club should do all they can to take him from Celtic permanently.

"My attitude towards Brondby's board has always been that we should keep him. He is right though in that he has scored too few goals", Frank told Danish daily BT.

"In my opinion he is international class and should be good for ten to 15 goals per season", he added.
