Filippo Inzaghi's tenure as AC Milan boss appears to be coming to an end with club owner Silvio Berlusconi revealing that there have been differences of opinion between the club and the coach on many occasions.

The 41-year-old has had a turbulent first season at the San Siro with his team never really managing to find the right rhythm and they are currently placed eleventh in the league table with 46 points from 36 matches, with two matches to play before the season comes to an end.

Speaking on the issue of the coach, Berlusconi stressed the fact that there have been certain occasions when their visions have not matched and in spite of the former Italy striker having a good relationship with his squad, the situation isn't in his favour.

The media tycoon went on to reveal that there are certain plans as far as the club is concerned and they will reveal them at an appropriate time.

"Inzaghi has a good relationship with the squad but on many occasions we have had different visions", Berlusconi told AFP.

"That is something we will express at an appropriate time. We are deciding what to do."

Reports have linked Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti with a move back to Italy this summer but Berlusconi refused any possibility of having the 55-year-old back, insisting that his side need to talk about something "concrete" and not just rumours.

"We need to talk about concrete names".

AC Milan will host Torino at the San Siro next weekend followed by a match against Atalanta the following week.
