Sami Khedira has confirmed his departure from Real Madrid this summer, revealing he will miss the Spanish giants.

The Germany international linked up with Los Blancos in the summer of 2010 following an impressive World Cup in South Africa. His contract with Real Madrid expires this summer and he is not signing an extension.




Khedira posted a photo of himself sitting in the Real Madrid dressing room at Valdedebas and wrote: "Valdedebas for the last time. I am moving on but I will surely miss my club Real, all of its staff and my unbelievable teammates!

"Guys, it was one heck of a ride!!!"
 

 

All eyes are now on the German midfielder to see where he chooses to continue his career.

Of late though it has been suggested that Juventus are in the driving seat to secure Khedira's signature when his contract with Real Madrid comes to an end.
