An impressive Champions League run has given Juventus the power to hold on to Paul Pogba for one more season.

A number of top clubs across Europe are making a beeline to attract the 22-year-old’s attention and many believe the Bianconeri will find it hard to ignore their overtures this summer.

Clubs such as Manchester United, Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain are willing to dig deep into their pockets to fork out the rumoured fee of around €80m to snare Pogba away from Turin.

The Frenchman is himself believed to be attracted to the idea of playing in Spain for either Real Madrid or Barcelona but the Italian champions have an ace up their sleeve to keep Pogba in Turin for one more season.

Their Champions League run, where they will face Barcelona in the final next month, has brought in significant funds to the club’s coffers and according to La Stampa the extra financial help has given Juventus the confidence to hold on to the 22-year-old until next summer.
