Tottenham Hotspur are ready to pay a transfer fee of €25m for the signature of AS Monaco’s 19-year-old striker Anthony Martial.

Schooled at Lyon’s youth academy, the Frenchman is a highly rated forward at Monaco and is already an established member of Leonardo Jardim’s squad at the Stade Louis II.




With 12 goals in all competitions this season, Martial is quickly earning a name for himself amongst close observers of Ligue 1 and number of clubs across Europe already have him on their radar.

English giants Tottenham are also on his trail and the club are known to be ready take some proactive steps in the market to take the Frenchman to north London this summer.
 


According to France Football, Spurs are ready to place an offer of around €25m on Monaco’s table to prise him away from the club at the end of the season.

It has been claimed that such an offer is expected to make Monaco think about selling the 19-year-old, who they signed from Lyon for a fee of around €5m two years ago.

Martial is an established young name in French football and has already earned ten caps for France’s Under-21 team.
