Fiorentina are keen to sign Inter Milan target Mohamed Salah from Chelsea on a permanent deal this summer.

The Egyptian international joined La Viola from the Londoners in January this year and has been impressive in his short spell in Italy.

While there are still doubts whether Salah wants to remain at Fiorentina, the club are keen to extend his stay and are already claimed to have paid €1m to Chelsea to extend his loan spell until the end of next season.

However, La Viola are now looking at a more definitive solution for the 23-year-old as according to Sky Italia, they are ready to sign him on a permanent deal this summer.

Fiorentina are prepared to pay €18m to the Blues to sign the winger on a permanent basis and are ready to offer him a five-year contract with a significant hike in his salary.

The negotiations are expected to drag on for the next few days as Inter and Juventus are also said to be showing an interest in signing the player.

Chelsea are expected to favour a permanent deal for Salah this summer as they look to get him off their books.
