Tottenham Hotspur have entered the race for Roma target Aleksandar Mitrovic.

Roma, who finished as runners-up in Serie A last season, have been making the running for the 20-year-old, however they have been keen to offload Mattia Destro before making a move for the Serbian striker.

Now matters are more complicated for the Serie A side, as according to Italian broadcaster Sportitalia, Tottenham have entered the race for Mitrovic.

Spurs have requested information about Mitrovic and his availability this summer, ahead of a possible bid to take him to White Hart Lane.
