Goalkeeper Jak Alnwick has left Leeds United after spending time on trial at the club.

Leeds are looking to bring in another goalkeeper this summer to provide competition for Marco Silvestri between the sticks.

But it appears that Alnwick is not the man the Whites will choose as according to BBC Radio Leeds he has now left the club following a trial spell.

The Whites are in the thick of adding players to their squad, especially with a pre-season tour to Austria on the cards soon.

Head coach Uwe Rosler has already added goalkeeper Charlie Horton, defender Sol Bamba (on a permanent deal) and strikers Lee Erwin and Chris Wood to his ranks this summer.

The Whites will play friendlies against Eintracht Frankfurt (in Austria), Hoffenheim (in Norway) and Everton (at Elland Road) as they build up to the new campaign.

Before that though they are in action tomorrow when they play minnows Harrogate Town.
