Leeds United are keen on acquiring Bastia winger Floyd Ayite this summer, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post.

Ayite joined Bastia last summer from Reims and went on make 33 appearances across all competitions for the French club.




He contributed nine goals and three assists to the Blues’ cause as they finished 12th in the Ligue 1 standings.

Leeds, led by Uwe Rosler, are keen on acquiring the Togo international as they bid to strengthen their ranks for the coming season.
 


The Whites ended last season in 15th and appointed Rosler at the helm for the forthcoming season. They will be eager to fight for promotion to the Premier League when next season kicks off.

Bastia are expected to demand a substantial fee to part with Ayite.

Prior to his arrival at the Stade Armand Cesari, Ayite had played for Bordeaux, Angers, Nancy and Reims of the French league.

He has been capped 17 times by the Togo national team and has bagged three goals in the process.
