Manchester United and Manchester City are one of a number of Premier League clubs who are interested in signing Barcelona starlet Adama Traore.

The Spaniard joined the club's La Masia academy in 2004 and has made rapid progress through the ranks to break into Luis Enrique’s first team squad.

He has already made four senior appearances for the club and is one of the most highly-rated talents to come out of Barcelona’s stable in the last few years.

However, the Catalan giants are at risk of losing the player as it has been claimed that a number of Premier League clubs have their eyes set on the 19-year-old winger.

According to Spanish daily Mundo Deportivo, Manchester United, Manchester City, Everton, Southampton and Stoke City have been keeping a close watch on Adama’s progress.

Dutch giants Ajax are also interested in the player, but their approach has been rejected by the Catalan giants.

Despite his release clause rising from €12m to €15m, the interest in the youngster is not waning and Barcelona are wary of losing the youngster to the riches of the Premier League.

Adama’s contract with the club runs until the summer of 2018.
