The agent of former Leeds United midfielder Rudy Austin says that his client is being chased by a number of clubs.

Austin was released by Leeds following the expiry of his contract earlier this summer, but is not short of options and on Tuesday was back in England with his agent, assessing the offers which have already been slapped on his table.

The Jamaica international was a wanted man in the winter transfer window, but former Leeds head coach Neil Redfearn was desperate to keep hold of him.

"Yes, there are already offers from several clubs", agent Daryll Powel told Norwegian daily BT.

"Here in England they are already aware of Austin's qualities, but I've also had some [other] calls, including some from the US, about his availability", the agent continued.

"We will sit down in the coming days and consider the options."

It has been suggested one of the clubs on Austin's tail could be one of his former sides, Norwegian outfit Brann, and his agent insists that nothing has yet been ruled out, making a return to Norway a possibility for the midfielder.

"We don't rule anything out", he said.

"Rudy has previously expressed how much he enjoyed playing in Norway. It would be disrespectful to the clubs not to consider all the options."

The 30-year-old was snapped up from Brann from Leeds in 2012. He enjoyed a four-year spell with the Norwegian outfit, winning the club's Player of the Season award in 2011.
