Norwich City new boy Andre Wisdom feels that the Canaries can provide him with the unique opportunity to kick on with his career.

The 22-year-old joined the newly promoted outfit on a season-long loan earlier this week from Liverpool and helps manager Alex Neil strengthen his squad ahead of the gruelling domestic season.

The manager is ecstatic about his new acquisition and feels that the young full-back, who can also play at the heart of defence, will give him flexibility on the right side of the pitch.

"Andre Wisdom gives us flexibility on the right-side. He's another good, young player", Neil said at a press conference, via his club's feed.

The Liverpool-contracted player on his part is also excited to have managed the switch, which he believes will help his career grow.

Wisdom though took time to stress the need for him to keep working hard and prove himself at the top level with the Premier League new boys.

"I have to keep working hard to prove myself at this level. I'm hoping to do that this season with Norwich."

Norwich are scheduled to play a friendly against Brentford tomorrow and the youngster is hoping to be part of it.

"I've trained with the lads and they seem like a good bunch. There's a game tomorrow and I'm hoping to play a part in it."
