Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has predicted a big season for team-mate Theo Walcott, saying that the Englishman could take his overall goal tally for the Gunners beyond 100 in the forthcoming campaign.

Walcott has been at the Emirates Stadium since 2006, when he arrived from Southampton and has gone on to score 76 goals from 302 appearances for the north London outfit, while he also netted four times for the Saints.

The 26-year-old was troubled by injuries last season and was reduced to a mere 14 Premier League appearances, however, he recovered in time for the FA Cup final against Aston Villa and scored the opening goal in the 40th minute as the Gunners trounced the Villans 4-0.

The England international has done well in Arsenal's pre-season friendlies, scoring in 3-1 win over Everton in the final of the Asia Trophy held in Singapore as well as notching the winner in a 1-0 win over Wolfsburg in the Emirates Cup.

And Ramsey has tipped Walcott to have a great 2015/16 campaign.
