Ligue 1 giants Monaco are the latest club to join the race for young Newcastle United midfielder Olivier Kemen and are desperate to add him to their ranks.

Kemen is attracting serious interest from Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and AC Milan, despite not having yet made a single senior appearance for Steve McClaren's Magpies.

According to French outlet Foot Mercato, Monaco can now be added to the list and are making moves to tempt Kemen back to his homeland.

Since big-money deals in the summer of 2013 for James Rodriguez, Radamel Falcao and Joao Moutinho, amongst others, Monaco have changed their focus towards signing young talents.

And Kemen, who has caught Monaco's eye, is wanted at the Stade Louis II.
