Juventus are set to hold an imminent meeting to decide on the future of West Ham target Simone Zaza, according to Sportitalia.

The Hammers have been keen on a loan move for the forward as they aim to strengthen their ranks before the transfer window closes this summer.

Juventus have no dearth of forward players as they have acquired Mario Mandzukic from Atletico Madrid, Paulo Dybala from Palermo and already have Fernando Llorente, Alvaro Morata and Kingsley Coman in their ranks.

In the prevailing circumstances, Zaza isn’t sure of his place in the pecking order at the Juventus Stadium.

West Ham are believed to have reached an agreement in principle with the Old Lady for the forward, but Juventus have yet to sign the move off and are holding a key meeting.

Zaza spent last season at Sassuolo and scored 11 league goals as well as providing three assists for his team-mates.

His proposed transfer to the Hammers would see him change clubs twice in the same transfer window.
