The draw for the group stage of this season's Champions League has been held in Monaco and a number of thrilling games are in prospect as Europe's elite battle for glory.

Back in the Champions League after a year's absence, Manchester United have been placed in a group alongside Dutch side PSV Eindhoven, Russian outfit CSKA Moscow and Bundesliga side Wolfsburg.




Meanwhile, Arsene Wenger's Arsenal find themselves looking at taking on German champions Bayern Munich, Greek giants Olympiacos and Croatian club Dinamo Zagreb.

Manchester City, second in the Premier League last term, are in a group with last season's finalists Juventus, Spanish La Liga outfit Sevilla and German side Borussia Monchengladbach.
 

 

English champions Chelsea have been placed in Group G with Portuguese side FC Porto, Ukrainian outfit Dynamo Kyiv and Israeli side Maccabi Tel Aviv.
