Fixture: Celtic vs St Johnstone
Competition: Scottish Premiership
Kick-off: 15:00 (UK time)

Celtic have officially announced their team to take on St Johnstone at Paradise in a Scottish Premiership game this afternoon.

Bhoys manager Ronny Deila has picked Leigh Griffiths to take the role of central striker and he will be backed up by Gary Mackay-Steven, Tom Rogic and Kris Commons. Virgil van Dijk plays in the heart of defence, despite being linked with a move away from the club.

On the bench Deila has winger James Forrest along with forward Anthony Stokes, if he needs to chase the game. Recent signing Scott Allan is also amongst the substitutes for the Bhoys.

Celtic exited the Champions League in midweek, slipping to a 2-0 defeat away at Swedish club Malmo, meaning a 4-3 defeat on aggregate in their playoff round tie. The Bhoys will be desperate to bounce back today.
