Manchester United legend Gary Neville feels that the price tag for youngster Anthony Martial is big, but he also believes that the youngster needs to be given a chance to prove his worth at Old Trafford.

The 19-year-old moved to Manchester United hours before the transfer window closed today, joining for a fee of £36m, thus becoming the Premier League giants' record signing of the summer.

The 19-year-old progressed through Lyon's academy before joining fellow Ligue 1 outfit Monaco in 2013.

And during his two-year stay at the club, the striker managed a total of 70 appearances for the French giants, scoring 15 goals and also provided his team-mates with eight assists.

Speaking about his former club's latest acquisition, Neville insisted that the price involved might be big, but that is not the youngster's fault.
