Wolfsburg head coach Dieter Hecking is slightly concerned about the intimidating atmosphere inside Old Trafford ahead of their clash against Manchester United tonight.

Last season’s Bundesliga runners-up will be looking to inflict Manchester United’s second defeat in as many matches in the Champions League this season.

They won their first game against CSKA Moscow on matchday one and are in confident mood ahead of their trip to Old Trafford tonight.

Manchester United will be looking to get their European season back on track after losing to PSV Eindhoven earlier this month and are confident about doing well in front of their home fans.

Hecking is looking forward to putting out his team at Old Trafford and is hoping that they play to their potential.

“This ground is called the 'Theatre of Dreams'. I don't have dreams, I prefer reality”, Hecking told the UEFA.

“A win would not be bad, but the most important thing is to play well.”

However, the Wolfsburg coach admits that the atmosphere inside the stadium could prove to be crucial for the home side. Nevertheless, the German is confident that his team will show their true potential against the Red Devils.

“This will be my first visit to Old Trafford and I agree the atmosphere can have an impact on the result, but I'm not worried about that.

“I just hope my players will prove Wolfsburg are a very good team.”

Wolfsburg lost 2-1 in their last visit to Old Trafford in the 2009/10 season.
