Paris Saint-Germain are eyeing a move for Manchester United linked Neymar next summer as a replacement for superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The Swede is expected to leave the French champions at the end of the season, when his contract expires, and the PSG hierarchy are keen to sign a big name player as his replacement.

While Real Madrid talisman Cristian Ronaldo remains their number one target, they are looking at other football stars and it has been suggested that Barcelona’s Neymar is also on their radar.

According to L’Equipe, PSG could make a move for the Brazil captain should they fail to lure the Portugal captain away from the Santiago Bernabeu next summer.

However, Barcelona are expected to resist any approach for their star man and the club are set to offer him a contract extension to secure his future at the Nou Camp.

Manchester United are also reported to be after the Brazil captain and Neymar’s father has confirmed that they did put in a bid in the summer to lure his son away from Barcelona.

PSG are keen to add a superstar football in place of Ibrahimovic and are ready to splash out big money to lure either Ronaldo or Neymar to the Parc des Princes next summer.

If Neymar becomes available at the end of the season, PSG could face stiff competition from Manchester United for his signature.
