Rangers manager Mark Warburton has revealed that he is not looking to make wholesale changes to his squad in the winter transfer window.

With eleven wins out of eleven, the Gers are dominating the Scottish Championship this season and are firmly on course to earn promotion to the top tier for next term.

Warburton made a few changes to the squad this summer that narrowly missed out on promotion last season and the new signings have made a huge impact on their performances this term.

The Rangers boss is again looking to add to his high flying squad in January, but is not ready to bring in a huge number of players to skew the equation in his team.

He believes his squad need a few minor tweaks and he is not keen to make wholesale changes to a team that have been the standout side in the Scottish second tier.

Warburton said in a press conference: "In January, we will be looking at one, maximum two players.

“Bringing in five or six players would be a massive risk."

Rangers will look to maintain their winning run when they travel to Hibernian this Sunday.
