Celtic boss Ronny Deila has urged his players to enjoy their do or die Europa League encounter tomorrow against Ajax at home.

The Bhoys have been abysmal in Europe this season and are still waiting for their first win in the Europa League group stage, having earned just two points from their opening four games.

Celtic need to beat Ajax tomorrow to maintain their slim chances of qualifying for the last 32 of the competition.

With so much riding on tomorrow night’s game at Celtic Park, Deila wants his players to enjoy their football in front of their home fans and believes that they have the quality to get all three points against the Dutch giants.

The Celtic boss said in a press conference this afternoon: “The players have to go out and enjoy the match.

"They have nothing to fear I want to see energy and I know we have qualities in the team that can win the game for us."

The Hoops are coming into the game on the back of a disappointing 0-0 draw at home against Kilmarnock, but Deila expects Ajax to be more attacking, which he feels should provide a good spectacle at Celtic Park.

“Ajax have a clear style of play and you know what will come. It will be a more open game than the weekend."
