Celtic manager Ronny Deila says that he feels like he is constantly banging his head against a brick wall after being asked about his future at the Scottish champions yet again.

Deila's men stand on the brink of exiting the Europa League as they need to win their last two games, against Ajax and Fenerbahce respectively, to reach the last 32. The Bhoys lock horns with Ajax tomorrow night, but go into the game having lost their last two Europa League games, home and away against Norwegian side Molde.

The Norwegian's position has been called into question, as he has now failed to lead Celtic to the Champions League group stage for two successive years, while the club could now be out of Europe completely before the new year.

Deila was asked at a press conference today about whether it is right he does not feel his future is linked to Celtic's two remaining group stage games.

"Yes, of course [I don’t believe my future is dependent upon the next two European games]", Deila explained.

"Again, every time I am speaking here it's the same questions. It's almost like banging your head into the wall", he continued, exasperated.

"I've said many times that I really want to succeed in Europe. I see still an opportunity to go through and that's what we're going to fight for tomorrow.

"That's what everybody wants", the Norwegian added.

Celtic head into their match against Ajax suffering a mini injury crisis in midfield, with Scott Brown out, Kris Commons unlikely to be fit and Nir Bitton and Stefan Johansen both suspended.
