Liverpool have officially announced their team to lock horns with Welsh side Swansea City at Anfield in a Premier League fixture this afternoon.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp names Simon Mignolet between the sticks, with a back four of Nathaniel Clyne, Martin Skrtel, Dejan Lovren and Alberto Moreno ahead of him forming the defence. James Milner is trusted to continue his energetic displays in midfield, while Jordon Ibe plays against the Welsh outfit.
Christian Benteke continues in attack, after scoring on Thursday night, while Roberto Firmino and Adam Lallana will look to support the Belgian. Daniel Sturridge takes a spot on the bench, as does Jordan Henderson.
Liverpool go into the game on the back of a Europa League victory at home over Bordeaux and know that a win today over Swansea would move them up to sixth place in the Premier League standings, knocking on the door of a top four spot.
